When will other regions get lollipop?

I'm living in Thailand and I bought the Note 4 here but still no lollipop release. I'm thinking of downloading firmware from the USA so I can get the lollipop faster as it seems to be going so slowly in coming to my device. Been out how long and still nothing. Got lollipop fir my nexus back in November.
