I had to send it back with the box the ultra came in. There was a shippi g label that came with the new phone. You better check on it. You only have 30 days or you will be billed for it.
I would have thought a box or envelope would have shown up by now. Maybe even an email with shipping label, but I haven't seen anything.
I did the upgrade/trade-in with the Verizon app. I did not receive a label or envelope in the box. I still have the box, and all that came is a receipt. So, customer service is trying to sort it out and I'm on hold with them now as they go back and forth to a supervisor or whatever. Pretty annoying. This isn't my first rodeo with upgrades.
