I would have thought a box or envelope would have shown up by now. Maybe even an email with shipping label, but I haven't seen anything.

I had to send it back with the box the ultra came in. There was a shippi g label that came with the new phone. You better check on it. You only have 30 days or you will be billed for it.

Same here. there was a padded envelope to put the phone in, a shipping label, and instruction to send it back in the box that you got your new phone.

Shouldn't you be asking Verizon this question???? Have you called them??? I know with AT$T you had 30 day to turn in your trade in or you would get charge the full prize of the phone.

We had two trade ins with Verizon. One new phone came with a padded envelope and label. The other phone did not, but we were able to print out a label for that trade in from the Verizon website online and use our own packaging to mail it in.

Sounds like Verizon messed this up for me. I did the upgrade/trade-in with the Verizon app. I did not receive a label or envelope in the box. I still have the box, and all that came is a receipt. So, customer service is trying to sort it out and I'm on hold with them now as they go back and forth to a supervisor or whatever. Pretty annoying. This isn't my first rodeo with upgrades.

Yeah, they messed something up. Not sure what happened, but they were able to email me a shipping label and told me I would get the credit I should have received once they get my old phone.

This is what happened with one of ours, just the new phone and a receipt in the box. I just looked on our Verizon account and even though nothing came in the box, the trade in was shown there. Clicked on it and one option was to print a shipping label which I did and used to ship the phone. I would check on your account in the app or online to see if the trade in is there. Lots easier if it is than dealing with phone support. If there is no record in the app or on your account of the trade in, then yes someone dropped the ball.
