Going back their track record, I'd say early next year at the soonest. Plus factor in extra time for carrier models.

Going by the last update, I'd say no time soon. I'm on t-mobile and their testing of updates takes what feels like years.

Judging by Samsung's (and I also have T-Mobile) update schedule, I'd say some time late Q1 next year, perhaps. The saving grace is that they used much of the same hardware for the GS7s and GN7, so the latest and greatest (GN7) might not get the update long before the GS7s.
