Where are the settings for Flash Player?

I got my OTA update this morning and cannot seem to find the settings for the flash player. I thought I had read that you can configure it to only play flash content when you select it etc. Where are those settings?

In the browser under menu-> more -> settings there is an enable plug in section

Set to On Demand.

This makes scrolling in the browser faster too.

Ah ok I actually passed that but was looking for something with "Adobe" of "Flash" in the settings, thank you.

Every time I go to a flash enable page and click on the down arrow it force closes what am I doing wrong?
