There are some on ebay already, but the markup is definitely high. I'm hoping that, if the markup stays the same (after the International announcement at CES), that I can ask my relatives to purchase for me, directly from the Huawei Store in the Philippines. I'm planning on purchasing, for my transition to T-Mobile (from Sprint). Only thing that has made me hesitate is wanting to try out T-Mobile's LTE range extending device, prior to making the jump.

guys be careful, don't buy a phone from China, i had one , it is a nightmare, because overtime you like to dial a number the phone hooks up with China Yellow pages and give you suggestions and and and , i now bought one on my way back ( quick stop in Dubai ) in the mall, perfect , because the 4RAM and 64GByte is not available in Switzerland or Germany ....yes the China version has been with 128GByte but , you can't have everything in life .
and the fact that you place a 200GByte SD Card in the phone makes is perfect.
