I want to download jelly bean 4.1 to my pc to transfer to a SD card to upload in my NOOK tablet to convert it to a android tablet

That's not how it works. You can't simply install Android to anything for it to work. Android needs to be tailored specifically for the device so that it would install. Meaning there is no Android installer for your Nook tablet. Android files made for an international S7 won't work for a US S7, let alone getting a random set of Android files.

Basically, what you want to do is not happening.
