Where can I download CWM?

Hi,

Sorry for the noob question, but where can I download CWM? I've rooted my phone but not with the All in One method so CWM recovery wasn't included. I have ROM Manager installed but when I click "Flash CWM Recovery" the LG Spectrum isn't on the list of supported devices. Any help is appreciated.

Update: I used the All in One packaged to install CWM Recovery. Make sure the phone is in debugging mode!

do not use rom manager for this phone. it's pointless and isn't needed for anything.

use the all in one package you already mentioned to install it.
