I am using Google Voice Search quite often and have begun using the voice recognition on Android to dictate texts, emails and documents. I have also been using the microphone search on desktop Chrome quite a bit since the quality seems to be very good.
In all cases, I'm not sure where I can go to discuss features, get help, etc. I tend to end finding "Google Voice" as the topic (the phone/answering service). Any help would be appreciated. Is there some other name for Google's voice recognition technology?
Also, I'll add my actual question about Google's voice recognition here:
I would like to have Google's voice recognition run on an .mp3 file (my own voice recording) in order to transcribe. Is there an unpopular or beta application around somewhere? I can play sound through a speaker and have a mic pic it up and transcribe (not perfect by any means, of course) but this means waiting for the full recording to play.
