Where can I find / How can I replace Original Stock ROM for Samsung Exhibit?

My exhibit was messin up pretty bad, laggin like crazy to the point that it took 5 minutes to place a phone call, so I decided it was time to do a factory restore. I did a backup (thank god) using MyBackup Pro, then went into recovery mode to do the reset.

Here's the kicker - My phone is NOT rooted. However, there was a time when I was thinking about rooting it, and had flashed on clockwork mod. Due to a combination of finding it nearly impossible to get this done on the exhibit and the fear of messing **** up beyond recognition, I gave up that quest.

Anyway, fast-forward to today. I forgot I even had clockwork mod, and was looking all around recovery mode for something to the effect of "restore factory defaults." Which, for some reason, clockworkmod or not, I dont have. What I did find was wipe - RAM, which I thought "hey, this is awesome, maybe I can just do a full-system RAM wipe and watch my phone get faster without ever having to restore it. How the **** did I not see this before???"

As all you smart people guessed by now, I had read that wrong. It wasnt RAM I wiped, but ROM.

So that is where Im at now. I have since realized that I am indeed in clockwork mod instead of the stock android recovery mode, and all I want to do right now is either

a) Get back 100% Original Carrier Rom via flash, without-root

or, if possible

b) Take this stupid ClockworkMod off my phone, get back into the original Android Recovery Mode and do a proper factory reset.

Yes, I could go into T-Mobile and ask for help with this, I'm sure. But I assume that no one in their right mind who works there would look at my phone and think "hmm, yeah, I believe him when he said he put on ClockworkMod but never completed the root." Alarms will sound, and warranties will be voided with unruly prejudice. FML.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

*** Update: I have since located the stock ROM zip file for flashing. However, due to the total wipe of the system, I find myself entirely unable to get my pc (Win 7) to recognize my phone to transfer the zip file onto it.

Try removing your SD card from the phone and plug it into your computer and transfer the zip file to it. CWM can install a zip from the SD card.
