Thanks guys Ive tried 3 Sprint stores and 3 Radio Shacks and 2 Best Buys and Amazon online NO LUCK lol Maybe its being held at customs because the HTC logo is red and Apples are also Red

Yeah, I called HTC about it too a couple days before the phone came out and they were clueless about it. They only told me they may come out a couple weeks after the phone comes out, just like the HTC one when it came out. They were just guessing though.
