Hi I'm looking for cheap android device. Any suggestions ? I would like to spend less than 200$.

If you don't mind 1GB of ram, the LG G3 S is probably your best option

That answer somewhat depends on the carrier you have. Moto G and Moto E are generally regarded as great low-cost options.

It also depends on whether you're willing to buy used (good to excellent condition, but not new), how little you can put up with (just a phone that can run a couple of apps?), etc.

If you're in the US, UK or Canada, and willing to buy a good used phone, you can get a lot more for $200 on Swappa than you can by buying a new phone. (It's probably possible, but I've never heard of anyone getting less than they expected on Swappa. Some of those pictures of scratches, dents, etc., are lit so they look terrible, but when you get the phone you have to go back to the site to see where the defect is, then use a good light to find it. Most people on Swappa are more than honest.)
