Where can I get an Extra charging cradle.

Motorola's​, while it looks similar to the LGWS cradle, is not compatible. Tried it with my Moto 360 and 360 2nd edition.

Quite simply, LG is screwed up with this. I've spent the last hour on the line with them. I too got the wrong charger. First call was so confused I gave up. I understood I would get an email, nothing happened.

Today I call and am told it's a "known issue" that if you order the charger, you will get the wrong one. But, you can still order it I say, and am told that there is a "notice" on the web site. Why do they make **** up? Why do they keep the sales available, when they know they will ship you the wrong watch? (btw, 5th person I've been transfered too)

So, here's the warning. You will not be able to tell if the right part is available by going to the web site. Order from there you will probably get the wrong part. Check it's availability at 1-800-793-8896 and while there, tell them to fix the damn web site. This is reall **** poor customer support.

After 6 people, and over an hour on the phone I am told by "Mary" that it is in stock and I CAN order it from the web site. So, stay tuned and I'll update you "if" it arrives as the right one

Well, how about that.

I just received my second attempt at getting another charging cradle (yeah, I know, fool me once...). LG actually shipped the right cradle. It's still in the bag and I haven't tested it yet, but I figure its going to work. How difficult is it to make a functioning coil of wire?

Now, if I could only get LG to send me the RMA label so I can return the wrong chargers, I could claim back the real estate on my desk. <sigh>

I ordered the cradle from ebay and it just came in. So far, it seems to work just as well as the oem one. It looks like these are starting to show up on Amazon as well.
