Dear all,

I am going to be in the US next week, and will stay there for 2 weeks.
I want to buy the international version of the device which I believe is N920I to make sure that it would work anywhere.

I am aware that Samsung only sells the Note 5 through carriers this year. But I found some carriers give you the ability to pay the full price for the device, if I did that will I get unlocked unbranded unit? And which carrier does sell the device with more bands?

I am looking forward to buying the 64gb variant.

Your help is much appreciated, as obviously i haven't been to the US before.

Expansys will have it delivered. Or perhaps some small business might have it. But no major outlet sells unbranded note 5 in the usa.

Thanks for your reply.
But will those small business give me a warranty? an international warranty?
Also, can any one recommend any shops in Orlando?

Warranty would come from the country of origin of the device... So you would have to ask the seller. If you buy from expansys then they will act on your behalf for warranty. Most other places... You are on your own

The OP mentioned about wanting to buy the 64GB N920 international variant.

Yes I want to buy the 64GB international variant. Thanks for noticing that.

But don't you think $1,099.00 is overpriced?
I can't believe all of this hassle in order to get the Note 5! I have always been a big android fan, but for the first time in my life am gonna consider getting the iPhone 6s Plus just because of the availability. Why Samsung is doing that! Why they didn't release the device in Europe till now! that's very frustrating.

Gonna check them out!

Overpriced....yes. But the sellers know the 64GB N920i variant is still hard to find. There are plenty of 32GB ones.
