Where comes suggestions to S8 app search&how to delete them.

When you go to app screen on your s8, at the top of the screen reads "Search from phone" When I type in something it shows old deleted files like movies etc. that doesn't even exists anymore. Tried Ccleaner and deleting catches of all aps. Doesn't delete those suggestions..

Try clearing the system cache (by booting to recovery). I'm not saying that it will work, but that's one cache you haven't cleared.

Another idea is that the apps you've had aren't being kept in a cache, so clearing caches won't affect what comes up. (You'd have to clear the data on whatever app Search is part of, or wherever it looks - it could even be just a separate "search" data file.)
