Where did my camera app go?

[Android Central Question]

I have a black view A80 pro and my factory camera app is gone I can not access it ... down loaded a new camera app 'open camera's from Google play only to be told my camera is open elsewhere all cache has been cleared all programmes have been shut down phone turned off and on again but still won't work... I can still find the camera under apps in settings menu but can not access it .....it is not disabled and neither the disabled or force stop buttons are useable can u help please

Is the Camera app also not in the App Drawer?
