Where do I download an app to play/stop/volume Chromecast Netflix on my Galaxy Note 8.0?

I use Chromecast thru my laptop to watch Netflix and I would like to be able to stop/play the movies and control the volume from my Galaxy Note 8.0. I don't know what app to download and where I would download it from.

You can cast directly from the Netflix app and that will give you those controls.
