No deals that I know of and doubtful to see any unless they plan on releasing some around new iphone time. Sam's club was giving a $150 gift card on top of the usual freebies. But thats about it, AT&T has a $29/month option but only because its for either 30 or 36 months

Right now there are no N7's for sale until the recall and exchange gets sorted out. So there are no deals, until current owners get their new replacements. Until that happens, you probably won't see any of the new N7 s for sale.
