Where is my music??

I am not getting anywhere with searches.... I have a S20+ and half the music I have paid for isn't showing on my file structure, nor any 3rd party music players, nor YT Music. Even the last 3 albums I have paid for on GPM and downloaded locally are not showing. I am 7 kinds of ticked about the possibility I am losing music I have paid for for this switch. I have performed all the refreshes, told GPM to transfer my music/playlists/etc to YTM, etc. I have read about them existing in cache, but I do not know how to extract it from that. Any help appreciated.

When you use the GPM app to download the music it's placed in a protected area that is only accessible to the GPM app. The transfer to YTM is for music you've uploaded. I believe your purchases should have transferred over to YTM.

If you have a computer you could go to music.google.com and download the purchased items, which will download them "in the clear".

In your YouTube Music app, tap the Library icon at the lower right, then Albums or Songs, and then tap Uploads. Is that where you're looking for your owned music in YouTube Music?
