Where is NFC located?

I've tried google-ing it and i have one image that i want to verify. Is this where i should tap when i'm using NFC?

I've put the phones back to back or just top of the back. It's always worked. Can you transfer music that way? And is it safe and not battery draining to leave NFC enabled?
