where is talk to text on Samsung Galaxy s6?

My s5 had talk to text. Where or how do I find it on my s6?

After the update to Marshmallow, the Google keyboard is removed, leaving you with the Samsung keyboard. Add Google keyboard through the Play store and then go into your "Language and Input" settings to choose that keyboard as your default. The mic is toward the top of that keyboard now instead of at the bottom.
