Where is Task Manager on Samsung S5 Neo?

I have always used the Task Manager widget that comes with Samsung devices to kill tasks such as Internet, Facebook etc after using them. I have recently upgraded to the S5 Neo and I cannot find the widget on this device.
They have also replaced the left soft touch button with 'Recently Used Apps' and I am wondering if I close all those, is that doing the same job as a Task Manager?

Yes, closing the recently used apps will close them. You can also view apps that are running by going into system settings - applications - running.

Something to keep in mind is Android does not run like Windows. Android likes to have things suspended in the background to make things easier to bring back to the foreground later.
