Where is the 12MP on this camera?

Reading the below tom's guide article and the guy is comparing the 12MP to the 200MP shots. But looking on the camera I see "Full, 1:1, 9:16, 3:4, 3:4 50MP, 3:4 200MP" options. To be honest I really have only taken the pics I posted here using whatever setting the camera is defaulting to. Maybe it is time I learn more about this. But sometimes a pic presents itself and I know if I start fidgeting with my phone I'll likely lose the shot. Is there a Default setting and where is the 12MP this guy talks about?

It's on the top bar when you open the camera.

3:4 is 12. It doesn't display 12m on mine, but I have an AT&T branded phone. Maybe Mustang can chime in on this.

By default, the device takes 12-megapixel (MP) photos using pixel binning to create larger individual megapixels than a regular 12MP sensor would have.

You can change the setting to 200 MP or 50 MP by clicking on that 3:4 icon. So the 3:4 is 12 MP and you have option to choose 200MP and 50MP if you like.

My earlier screen shot was on OneUI 6 beta so ignore that since they might have added some extra settings.
