where is the APN setting on the Galaxy Grand Prime

I can not view the text picture messages sent to me. It has a block that says downloading and a date that's a few days away, but the picture never shows up. What is APN setting and where can I find it on the phone. I see the data limit and it has a black and red line with 100 GB limit.

1. Tap the Menu key.
2.Tap Settings.
3.Under 'Connections,' tap Mobile networks.
4.Tap Access Point Names.
You will need to search for your providers APN settings and change on your device. For info, Picture messages can't be downloaded over wifi
