Where is the camera night mode?

I'm just flabbergasted at how this only happened with this phone. There was no issues with updates that I noticed with my s3,s5, s7, s8,note 4, or note 5 . Once my first note 9 got stolen it's been down hill ever since. This phone is cursed.lmao

Also for those that use the stock Gestures, well it got updated now it has a vibration when using Gestures, plus night mode on camera, the OTA is pretty big over 800mb.

I hadn't noticed that but yes that's quite a weird place for the QR Scanner. LOL

At&t here. Got the update to CSGA yesterday. Camera update was there.
