Welcome to Android Central! The clipboard isn't an app you can open. To see what's in there, you have to Paste the contents somewhere. Open a text note somewhere, long-press the empty text field, and tap Paste. You can paste multiple times, but once you copy something else into the clipboard, the previous item in there will be erased.
