Where is the data toggle? (Galaxy s5neo)

[AC Question]

Title says it all. There is no data toggle, and hasn't been since I purchased it from koodo. I've read that this is an issue on s6 phones, and they have a fix. That fix isn't available in the Samsung app store for me.

I did my best to email samsung about it, but I had to weave my way through a bizarre form that didn't have my model number as an option, and described phones in terms of their shape.

If I understand your question correctly, there isn't one as there used to be on the phones prior to s5. Shame but dragging from the top, hitting the settings cog then data usage appears to be, in my opinion the handiest way, without any sort of modification.
