where is the download link

When I opened androidcentral a notice that updated Jellybean as well as Android 4.0 was available.
I click on the titles but go to a page describing them with a lot of comments following.
But nowhere is there a way to download the upgrades.
How is it done?

If you want to do it manually.... If you're not comfortable with ADB and such, I'd wait for the OTA.

ota is over air download, so when you get a prompt to update automatically. Not sure about the other one though.
