where is the fully charged icon located at on the lg v20

Welcome to Android Central! Most phones don't have a separate fully charged icon. Just look at the battery icon in the status bar -- if it's completely solid white, it's full.

Just enable battery % on status bar. It will then show 100% or whatever you are at next to the battery icon up top.

I think they were a notification for when the battery gets to 100%.

That's the icon I think you want to know about. It will show up on the second screen if you're screen is off.
