Where is the mobile data option on samsung galaxy s4 tablet?

Every website says to go to data usage and check or uncheck mobile data to enable or disable it, but when I go to data usage, I don't see an option for mobile data. Can someone tell me where it is or if I even have an option for it?

Sorry, I meant Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. I always get it confused with Samsung Galaxy S4. P.S. I am the one who asked the question. I just signed up right now.

Thanks for clearing that up. I forget my own name most of the time! Is there a sim card with your TAB? Some are Wi-Fi only.

I'd add that most Tab 4's are wi-fi only. What's the exact model number? Are there any wireless company logos on the device?
