Where is the Nov 13 WIFI Calling update?

When I tap "software update" I get a message on screen saying "no firmware". I guess I'll wait till they fix it.

My update comes OTA. However, I read about it will unroot the phone. To me it's more important to have WIFI hotspot than WIFI calling. So I use Titanium backup to remove the "Device Management" app to stop the OTA.

Or you can update using the Kies software from Samsung. I updated without any problems.
