Where is the power saving mode on my LG G3 International?

LG G3 International problems

Hey guys, I have a few problems with my new International G3. For starters, power saving mode is no where to be found. I just can't find it. 2., it is extremely laggy. I tried accessing the hidden menu and going through the thermal settings or whatever. 3., wasn't the D855 model supposed to get 5.0 months ago? For having this phone for 2 hours, I'm very unimpressed.

As for getting 5.0, that depends on whether you bought it from Samsung or a carrier. If you bought it from one carrier and are using it on a different one, you'll never get updates. Otherwise, updates are rolled out slowly, so if you're at the end of the list (you just activated the phone, so you're probably near the bottom) it can take months until your number comes up.
