Where is the temperature sensor located on my Samsung SM-T320?

I have put my SM-T320 under too much heat stress and now the temp sensor is broken: stuck at 88 degrees Celsius. (Also the screen has some discolorations, but is still usable). It still boots up, but no apps can be started, error message "too hot, only Phone and Contacts app usable". Does anyone know where exactly the temp sensor is located? The alternative would be a custom ROM compiled specifically without support for the temp sensor or no temp checks.
