Where is voice mail icon?

Visual voice mail is different than basic voice mail. There is a charge for that service.

And just FYI....it doesn't work very well within the phone app, nowhere near as good as it did in the Verizon Voicemail app that was on all my Moto phones.

I don't know why the Verizon Voicemail app is not available to download for Pixel phones, seems strange to me using a Verizon phone.

I'm thinking Verizon took it out on the unlocked version like ATT.

Sorry for the confusion on my part tonight everyone. Like I said, I assumed all Pixels on Verizon had the Voicemail tab. I learned something new tonight.

I don't have Verizon now since switched back TMobile couple of weeks back but as far as I can remember I think I did have voicemail tab in the phone app on Google store unlocked model on Verizon.

From the phone app -> settings on top right (3 dots) -> voicemail -> and make sure visual voicemail is enabled. I believe it should show up after that in the phone app as a tab. Can you try that and see?

That was the problem. Forgot to turn on visual voice mail. Somehow i thought that was the premium version that costs extra, but its the basic version. All is well now.
