Where so I go on my s4 phone to turn back on the master sync

My email sync is turned on but the master sync is turned off and I don't know or where to go on my phone to turn it on

You probably need to sign into your chrome browser. Happened to me before for whatever reason and all I had to do was go to Google settings and there's a spot for sign into chrome and sync. May be able to access it also by going into chrome browser settings and sign in and sync.

Yes it sure is bro I just rechecked go to chrome browser, then settings, then at the very top it will be the gmail associated with the account and it also has a tick box for auto sync.
If that doesn't work I would completely sign out of chrome and sign back in. Let me know.
