Where to report BUGs in ICS (like panarama mode issues in camera

Hi,

There are a number of bugs in ICS but apparently no place to report them, or is it well hidden?

The Samsung site points you to Google help which is read only and its contact us doesn't provide anything at all.

Specifically I want to at least report the bug in panorama mode where it doesn't store EXIF metadata.
