I think it was meant that if you're phone has red tint issues it's reasonable to think it was made in Korea. Not that if your phone was made in Korea it WILL have a red tint.

Do you guys think where it was made matter in terms of quality? Feel like Korea might have the best quality since since China has been taking a lot of heat for quality issues and over working their people.
