Hello. Where can one buy an external battery for an Asus Zenfone 3 model? Also, is it possible to replace the existing battery with a new battery?

Is it possible to replace the existing battery? I assume you mean "without destroying the phone". I wouldn't try unless you've already worked on at least 6 phones that have non-removable batteries successfully. But a repair shop probably can. (If they don't know where to get one, Amazon lists a few.)
