Wheres the 5G on my Sprint GS20 Ultra

Just got off the phone with Sprint - the rep claimed it was a tower issue that would be resolved by 12 noon today.

I know more people are using the network because of the merger. What I don't want is for them to give away our 5G to T-Mobile users and taking our service away. T-Mobile is pretty much non-existent in NYC before the merger.

Probably because the 5G isn't working after the April update
