Where's the stock Flickr app?

I'm creating a custom scene and one of the pages is full of all camera/camcorder related apps. I want to add the stock Flickr app that comes with the phone but it doesn't come up in the list of apps or widgets. I do see it listed when I pull up the 'manage applications' options in the settings though. Am I crazy? Where the heck can I find this thing?

The flickr integration is in the photo gallery, click on the share icon and you will see the option to share to flickr, and a number of other services
