The Moto C Plus according to motorola, has "added flexibility with dual SIM slots and microSD card capability with up to 32 GB microSD Card support"
The Moto E4 Plus does have a Micro SD card slot with up to 128gb storage option. It does also have Dual Nano-SIM/Single Nano-SIM support
