I am gonna travel USA. I just need an update whether My ASUS Zenfone 5 16 GB Handset will work in USA which i bought in INDIA

Welcome to Android Central! It's a GSM phone, so it should work AT&T and T-Mobile. It won't work on CDMA networks like Verizon or Sprint. Also keep in mind that the phone does not support 4G LTE, so the fastest data speeds you'd get would be on HSPA+ ("pseudo-4G").
