Hey Everyone! With so many Android phones out there I'm wondering which phone do you use and why did you choose it?

My phone is the Samsung Captivate. I wanted an Android phone and needed to stick with AT&T. I was torn between the Captivate and Aria, I decided to go with the Captivate since it was just most powerful and would be able to get more software updates.

I'm currently using the HTC EVO 4G. I was using the Samsung Moment for a while due to the physical keyboard but once I started reading about the EVO, I had to have it!! I like the big screen the EVO has which makes it easier to text with as well as that awesome kick stand it has for watching movies.

G1. I've had it since a couple weeks after original release (because Denver didn't have 3G on release date, so T-Mo's stores weren't carrying it until a little late.)

Switching to the Epic this month though ;)

How are you liking your captivate? I have the EVO 4g as well. This is my first android phone and I love it!

I really like the Captivate. I had an iPhone 4 but decided to return it to try out an Android device (and I didn't have the antenna problem at all and I tried to see if I would drop bars but never did)

Theres two things I wish were different on the Captivate. One the battery is very inconsistent, some days it'll die fast as hell others I'll go all day and be at full battery even with heavy texting. The second isn't really anything bad but I wish I could turn Touch Wiz off and go with the stock Android. Don't get me wrong Touch Wiz isn't bad but I just came from an iPhone and Touch Wiz resembles iOS in many ways.

Im rolling with the Incredible at the moment. I've had one since launch. Probably the first phone I can honestly say i love. I purchase about 3 - 4 phones a year (mostly retail pricing). I need to have the latest and greatest, but so far the Incredible has satisfied my hunger for now.

I'm still using two BB TOURS. One, issued to me by Uncle Sam will remain in my pants pocket for quite some time; they need to comfort of some type of security. My personal will apparently remain on my belt until December, since Verizon refuses to allow me to upgrade a few months early. So it appears I will wait until December 2, or possibly April 2. April meaning I will jump Verizon's ship and sail over to ATT or Sprint. Still considering all options.

Would love to jump right now to the X. Come December or April, who knows, what might be out there.

I am rocking the Captivate since the day it launched and love it. I came from a Bold 9000 that was having problems and the nice insurance for that phone is Tier 2 $ 125.00 Deductible *same as the Captivate DOH*.. But the Android Phones seem to be a bit cheaper to purchase compared to BB and in my opinion better in all ways except the push e-mail scheme but I am not going back..

Cheers,
Charlie

I am using a Droid X and love it. I came from Sprint where I was a Blackberry girl and swore I would never leave. When I moved I was in a low signal area for Sprint and my phone was constantly looking for a signal which meant charging 5 times a day. I had tried a Hero on Sprint and hated it but wanted to give Android another try so I waited for the X to come out and switched to Verizon. Im so glad I did. I love this phone and love Verizon.

I'm using the HTC Droid Incredible. It is an awesome phone and was worth the 3 week wait for it to ship. Been using it since Mid-June. Would have bought it at launch but had to wait for my new every two. I love the Android platform and won't go to anything else.

I wish I could turn Touch Wiz off and go with the stock Android.

yea i'm not too big on touch wiz too, although the app organization is similar to iOS with the scrolling left or right to find your apps. The galaxy S line I think would be something I'd like to play with more and I will check it out again at a tmo or att store. Not planning to switch phones, I just wanna play with new gadgets. hah

Droid X... Enough Said.

I came from a gay blackberry, went from Blackberry Curve 8330, to Curve 8530, to Storm 2, and now to Droid X

New Android user here. Picked up an HTC EVO 4G yesterday. Still getting used to it as I come from an iPhone. But so far loving it.

I have a CDMA Hero, I switched from ATT to a local carrier in order to package my internet and cable to drop the cost.... I would of stayed with ATT but they didn't have a android phone when I made the switch and the hero was the only phone available at the time..

My carrier is releasing the Desire and Milestone in a few weeks so I may just spend the extra money and get one of those. I am leaning towards the Desire but it will leave a $500 dent in my wallet.

I have had the Incredible since its launch and have been very happy with it. This might be my first phone to last more then a year since I seem to upgrade every 6 months. I had the Moto Droid before the Incredible and after many years of battery pulls with my BB.

I just got the MyTouch 3g Slide, 1st android phone. BlackBerry user with a family plan on Tmo

I'm using the Droid Eris. No its not as fancy as the other android devices but I love it. It does everything I need it to do. I had the Motorola Droid but I like the size of the Eris better. Droid X is way too big for me. I like small and compact.
