which app let you take screenshot on samsung note and edit it like paint brush of windows ?

I am wondering what is the best app to do this: take a screenshot, automatically open it in editing tool, have circle, square box drawing, have text input (can convert from pen writing) ?
Currently "screen write" only satisfies the first 2: take screenshot and open it in drawing tool, but this tool doesn't have circle or box drawing, so if you use pen to draw, it looks very ugly. Also cannot convert text writing to text type, it looks ugly and unprofessional too!
Ps: I am using Note 8.
