I like to keep my Note 4 on Battery Saver almost exclusively but some apps (like WhatsApp) seem to require more power in order to type messages through SwiftKey. So I'm wondering if there's an app that would allow me to keep my phone on low power (so to speak) and would exceptionally boost the CPU power only when WhatsApp is launched/running.
