Which carrier is best for heavy users?

Sprint has a $50 unlimited plan that doesn't limit streaming to 480p and allows 10 GB of tethering.

The pricing sounds good.. but yeah I don't trust Sprint for reliable fast data. Sprint in my area can't even handle 480p streaming.
