Which Cellular Galaxy Tab S3 model works best on AT&T

I work for AT&T and have been waiting for a cellular version of the tab s3 to come out and have found out that there is almost no chance of it coming to AT&T. So I need to find a tab s3 overseas model to use instead of my tab s2. I'm good with phones and stuff, but I have no idea what the bands mean and even more so which model tab s3 will work best.
