Which display settings do you use on your s8/s8+?

The s8/s8+ ships with FHD+ settings as default. Not the WQHD+. In my eyes the WQHD+ setting is what makes the screen so gorgeous. I've tried both setting and I don't see much of a difference in battery life. Which setting do you use?

I have been flipping back and fourth between the 2 and I don't notice much difference in battery life or display quality. I tend to be around chargers most of the time so the potential battery drain doesn't matter much to me .

I noticed quite a bit in display difference. Especially with text being much sharper.

Unless i'm about to binge watch youtube videos or watch anything longer than 5 mins i'm on 1080p since i think my swiftkey looks weird on wqhd i don't do it for battery life as most people reported there's not a huge difference i do it mostly because most of what i watch is 1080p or less lol(+ i didn't notice a huge difference in quality)

I don't notice much of a difference. I just changed it myself and I don't see anything? What am I missing lol

Ive been keeping my phone in WQHD mode because of gear VR, no noticeable battery hit with average use.

I think we've had a couple of these threads, but I'll bite. WQHD+ all the way. The screen was part of the reason I bailed on my attempt to use an iPhone for daily use. No way am I going to a lesser resolution. A bit less battery life, to be sure. But that's less important to me than the way the screen pops.

I agree. I seem to get 5-10% less battery. But the resolution is so worth it. I can't use anything less than the best. This resolution just pops.
