My wife has a Galaxy J5 running Marshmallow. She would like an email app, paid for if necessary, that will allow her to set a permanent "reply-to" address that is unconnected with any of the accounts on her phone. I've looked at a number of apps, but none say they can do this. Several apps will allow you to send from another account, but that is no good to her. I use K-@ Mail Pro, which has this facility, but we would prefer to find an alternative, and without having to download different apps in succession to try out (we've already tried BlueMail). Can anyone help please?

What you're basically wanting is to spoof your own email address when using another of your email accounts. There are a few ways to do it, but Im not that current on the best apps for spoofing.

It depends what you mean, or imply, by spoofing! My wife's email address has been with Google for many years, but she wants to use a new email provider while retaining her Gmail address, at least for now. She can do this with the reply-to set to Gmail and Gmail set to auto forward to her new email provider. That way she doesn't immediately have to tell all her contacts etc to use her new address (which may not work out), plus she will not need to sign in and out of Google.

That's what spoofing is. You want the recipient to think it's from 1 certain email address, yet you want to be sending it from a different one.
