Which External Power Bank?

What are some suggested external power banks for this phone for fastest charging? Something sized to fit in a pocket. Not the big 20,000AMP ones. Thanks.

For fastest charging you'll need one that supports USB-C PD output. Pretty much the new charging spec on the block, so there really isn't much of anything out there. I know Anker is working on a couple that will offer it, so personally am waiting for those to launch.

IS there a difference between USB-C PD and just USB-C? Or are they the same?

They are different. PD (Power Delivery) is a specific system for managing power across the USB-C connector. The charger, cable, and device all have to be compliant with the spec for it to work.

A quick search on Amazon finds these first 2 which say they are PD. Those are the only ones I saw.
The last one says Qualcomm Quick Charge but not specifically PD. I'm thinking the PD are probably pretty big and/or thick for comfortable pocket carry. Waiting to find one with less mAh and smaller size. I think I'd rather have 2 or 3 smaller ones sitting at home than one big one.

I keep a Coocheer 7,500mAh pack in my pocket when I might need extra power. (The thing is built like a tank, but I still don't have th guts to drive a truck over it. But it feels as if it would survive.)

There's only a handful of PD capable power packs right now and none are particularly small... Even if you expand your search a bit and look for Type C packs sans explicit PD support choices are still pretty slim. I'm just gonna use my old Anker Slim 6000 with an adapter until something better comes along.
