which is best smartphone to buy among LG Google Nexus 4 and LG L90 ??

I am planning to buy good android mobile in budget of <=20k Rupees (india).

I have shortlisted my hunt for these 2 smartphones.
What i am looking for:
1) I need Good battery backup that last for whole day on 3g internet, at the most.
2) Quad core, 1 to 2 GB RAM
3) Size not more than 5"

your suggestion or other recommendation are more than welcome.
